ingredients

  • For the Sweet Potato Fries:
  • 1 large sweet potato, cut into sticks
  • 1 tablespoon melted ghee
  • sprinkle of pink salt and pepper
  • For the White Potato Fries:
  • 1 large Idaho potato (or other white potatoes), cut into sticks
  • 1 tablespoon melted ghee
  • sprinkle of pink salt and pepper
  • For the Guacamole:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • sprinkle of pink salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven 400℉.

  • Step 2

    To Make the Sweet Potato Fries: Coat potatoes in melted ghee and seasoning. Place on a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 25 minutes on each side. Then, broil the fries for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Repeat the process above to make the regular white potato fries.

  • Step 4

    To Make the Guacamole: Mash the avocado. Then, mix in all other ingredients.

  • Step 5

    Serve the fries with guacamole and enjoy!
