Main Dish


  • Yellow mee 80g
  • Rice noodles 90g
  • Tiger prawn, cooked 50g
  • Squid, cooked 20g
  • Chinese chives 10
  • Pork belly, cooked 50g
  • Chopped Garlic 5g
  • Egg 1pc
  • Bean sprouts 10g
  • Fish sauce 5ml
  • Prawn stock (light colour) 300ml
  • Fried shallot 10g
  • Crispy pork fat 20g

Side Dish


  • Sambal chilli 1 portion
  • Local lime 1pc


  • Step 1

    Heat up a wok and add in the oil and garlic.

  • Step 2

    Fry the garlic until golden brown then add in the egg.

  • Step 3

    Stir the egg for a short while and add in the noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Add in the prawn stock, pork belly, prawn, squid and season with fish sauce

  • Step 5

    Add in Chinese chive and bean sprouts

  • Step 6

    Braise the noodle until the prawn stock almost dry then sprinkle with fried shallot and crispy pork fat

  • Step 7

    Served the Hokkien noodles with sambal chilli and lime at the side
