ingredients
- Yellow mee 80g
- Rice noodles 90g
- Tiger prawn, cooked 50g
- Squid, cooked 20g
- Chinese chives 10
- Pork belly, cooked 50g
- Chopped Garlic 5g
- Egg 1pc
- Bean sprouts 10g
- Fish sauce 5ml
- Prawn stock (light colour) 300ml
- Fried shallot 10g
- Crispy pork fat 20g
Side Dish
ingredients
- Sambal chilli 1 portion
- Local lime 1pc
Method
Step 1
Heat up a wok and add in the oil and garlic.
Step 2
Fry the garlic until golden brown then add in the egg.
Step 3
Stir the egg for a short while and add in the noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add in the prawn stock, pork belly, prawn, squid and season with fish sauce
Step 5
Add in Chinese chive and bean sprouts
Step 6
Braise the noodle until the prawn stock almost dry then sprinkle with fried shallot and crispy pork fat
Step 7
Served the Hokkien noodles with sambal chilli and lime at the side
