Gin & Tonic With Pickle Brine

(Makes 1 cocktail)
3-4 cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 oz gin 
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 
1/4 oz dill pickle brine 
2 dashes hot sauce like tapatio 
Pinch kosher salt
3-4 oz tonic water 
In a small saucer mix up some salt and pepper for the rim. Run lemon along the glass, then dip in the salt and pepper mixture. 
Put the tomatoes in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle to split them. Measure the rest of the ingredients (besides the tonic) in, add ice, And shake for 10-12 seconds. Strain into your glass. Top with tonic water if you would like. (I did the tonic, but it's not in a traditional queen Mary!)
