Spiced Porridge Bowls

Spiced Porridge (serves 2)
3/4 cup of rolled oats
2 1/2 cups of non dairy milk (no rice milk, it causes curdling!)
2 good pinches of Celtic seasalt
Handful of chopped dates
1 Ceylon cinnamon stick
4 cardamom pods (shortly pan roasted)
2 pinches of fennel seeds (shortly pan roasted)
1 banana, cut in coins
2 tbsp tahini
Toppings (2 bowls)?
2 caramalized bananas, cut in half, lengthwise (baked in coconut oil)
Half an apple in parts, pan roasted in coconut oil
2 orange slices, pan roasted in coconut oil
2 pinches of vegan chocolate sprinkles
2 pinches of vegan colourful tarte sprinkles
Soak oats, salt, cinnamon, cardamom pods, fennel seeds and dates overnight. In the morning add 1 banana. Cook and simmer on very low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in tahini. Add toppings and enjoy ?
