- 5 pieces Annie's Organic S'mores Graham Sandwiches
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 dark chocolate bars (60% cacao or higher), roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Flakey sea salt, for garnish
- 1 sleeve Annie's Organic S'mores Graham Sandwiches, crushed
Method
Step 1
In a blender, add heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk & sandwich cookies. Blend until slightly thickened but not the consistency of whipped cream. [Note: You want it almost like a milkshake so it is pourable. If it blends too much to become whipped cream add some heavy cream in there to thin it out.
Step 2
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 2-4 hours.
Step 3
In a bowl or mason jar, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in 30 second increments. Let cool before sipping the ice cream bars into the chocolate.
Step 4
Immediately dip the chocolate into the crushed s’mores cookies and sprinkle with flakey sea salt. Let it set in the freezer for 5 minutes.
