They add a little pickled seedy crunch. #TooHOTtoCook #snacks ALL day ! - Smoked Trout has become a new fridge staple. It’s so easy, I’ve done it 3-4 X’s since the 1st try. I threw a few more in the @traegergrills last night. Seasoned w/ soy, black garlic salt & cracked pepper. Cherrywood, set on smoke about 1hr 40-50 min. Let it rest, then fridge. 2 things I’ve learned... they can stick to the grill. I put each piece on separate parchment. And... it’s better the next day. It’s a great make ahead app and/or easy healthy snacking."
