I’ve eaten them, so good and super sweet, but I’ve never dealt w/ them at home (and they’re live !). I was thinking sashimi 1st. But... I’m excited I just found this awesome place for fresh caught sushi grade seafood, “Pearson’s Port”. It’s tiny and it’s hidden, but it’s been around for 47 years and... the owner is one of few licensed to bring in Spot Prawns.
