Grilled Cheese Tortilla Dippers


1 Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap

1 Cup of Shredded Cheese of your choice (I like a mix of mozzarella cheddar, & monterey jack)

A few fresh basil leaves, finely chopped



Turn on stove top to a high temperature. Lay tortilla wrap flat onto a non-stick pan and place over stove top. (For grill marks: use a grill pan or panini maker)

Sprinkle shredded cheeses, only filling half of the warp. Add freshly chopped basil.

Fold the empty side of the wrap over the side filled with cheese. Press down on wrap, now folded in half, until the cheese has melted and the outside is semi-crisp. Flip wrap over. 

Remove from heat and with a sharp knife, cut the folded wrap into triangles. 

Serve alone as a snack, or with soup (preferably tomato) as dippers!
