ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Gin
- 3/4 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 strawberries
- Prosecco, to top off
Method
Step 1
In your shaker add strawberries, gin, @stgermainuk , lemon juice, and simple syrup and muddle.
Step 2
Once muddled, add ice and shake!
Step 3
In a glass, add Ice and double strain into glass.
Step 4
Top with desired Prosecco.
Step 5
Garnish: fresh strawberries & lemon slices.
Step 6
*Optional* with lemon juice, rum glass with sugar and lavender.
