ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Tequila
- 3/4 ounce Pomegranate Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Egg White
- Bitters
Method
Step 1
In a shaker add tequila, pomegranate liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.
Step 2
Dry shake for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Strain into a coupe glass.
Step 5
Add 2-3 dashes of bitters.
