Superfood, vegan, gluten free ice cream with turmeric ANDDD ginger!? Yes, please. This is a no brainer! I would personally prefer a coconut nectar sweetener as my system does not handle maple syrup very well. But, aside from that a deliciously perfect and nutritious recipe!
