Rynnie's Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Recipe Card


  • 1 3/4 cups Unbleached All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cups Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Blackened Bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • pinch of Kosher Salt


  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 325. Grease pan and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Whisk all of the dry ingredients into a medium bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, honey, Greek yogurt and vanilla for 2 minutes or until totally combined. Fold in the mashed bananas, flour mixture and chocolate chips.

  • Step 3

    Pour the batter into the pan. OPTIONAL: Add banana slices and chocolate chips to the top of the batter for a presentation.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy.
