Mozzarella, Garlic & Basil Pizza

Ingredients:

1 whole wheat pizza dough (16 oz)

1 jar of organic pizza sauce

1 package of fresh mozzarella

1 bunch of fresh basil

3 large garlic cloves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500 F.

Coat cookie sheet with olive oil.

Roll out dough on a floured surface.

Transfer dough to cookie sheet brush with olive oil.

Spread a nice layer of pizza sauce, then mozzarella and fresh garlic.

Bake until cheese starts to brown in spots (about 12-15 mins) Remove from oven, sprinkle with basil.
