Gin, Campari, Star Anise, Orange slices - what could be a better winter drink! Swoon!
Recipe:
Combine 20 pieces of star anise with a bottle of Campari overnight.
Strain the liquid and return back to the Campari bottle.
In a mixing glass, mix:
1oz infused Campari
1oz Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
1oz Plymouth Gin or other good gin
10 ice cubes
Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass; serve either up in a coupe or over ice in a tumblr. Garnish with rosemary sticks, star anise and dehydrated orange slices.
