Vegan Passionfruit Panna Cotta

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon agar agar
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp


  • Step 1

    In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients (except the passion fruit pulp) to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or spatula.

  • Step 2

    When the mixture is at a boil, cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat. Pour the mixture into molds and transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 3 hours, until set.

  • Step 3

    Run a knife along the edge of the panna cotta to loosen it from the mold. Next, turn the pan upside down on a serving plate.

  • Step 4

    Top with passion fruit pulp and enjoy.
