ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 mango, pureed
- 1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Cardamom
Method
Step 1
Combine chia seeds and milk. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight . Add maple syrup, yoghurt and mango before serving. Enjoy with more coconut yoghurt, granola and fresh fruits.
