No bake Chocolate Cookie Balls

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).

ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Nuts (Hazelnuts & Walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cups Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 serving of Vanilla Protein
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • dash Almond Milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Pulse nuts, shredded coconut in a food processor, until finely blended.⠀

  • Step 2

    Add Cacao, almond butter, and nut milk. Blend until gooey. If you have time, leave the cookie dough in the fridge for 10 - 15 mins to chill.⠀

  • Step 3

    Use your hands to make 12 or so balls. Press the balls to cookie shape with your hands. Press down with a fork to create the 'baked cookie' look. Decorate with Cacao nibs (optional).⠀

  • Step 4

    Place in fridge or freezer and enjoy.
