Chocolate Bunny Bark

(1)
"If you follow my blog or any of my social media accounts, you may know that I’m a frequent co-op shopper and member here in the Twin Cities. It’s always been important to me to shop and support stores that carry high-quality products with community-minded valued and mission statements. It’s also where I shop for Annie’s products, a 30-year old brand based in Berkley. The products are plant-based, no sugar added, and certified organic. For the past 4 years, it’s been part of the General Mills family and in full transparency, I am super-biased: my most favorite food AND work memories was during my time working for the General Mills Test Kitchen (aka Betty Crocker Test Kitchen). I have warm, nostalgic feelings about Annie’s and this sponsored post is just perfect. Annie’s and Annie (moi)? C’mon now!!! When I had the opportunity to create something with Annie’s, I wanted to do something that kids would enjoy making. Now that I’m a mom, finding interesting ways to help kids stimulate or nurture development or learning is on top of mind for me. We think of chocolate bark as a thing you give to people around the holidays, but it’s actually a wonderful and delicious learning experience. The tactile sensations and visual texture of all the bits and pieces come together as a fun and creative family food activity. Even though I used the Organic Honey Bunny Grahams, feel free to use their Chocolate Bunny Grahams. It’s equally delicious!"
