ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 3/4 teaspoons tea powder
- 2 grated pears
Method
Step 1
Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the grated pears to the teapot.
Step 2
Let the tea simmer for 7- 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Add juice from half a big lemon. Strain using a fine mesh and add preferred sweetener (if needed) and pour tea into the cups. Enjoy Warm.
