- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup Sicilian cured black olives, Gaeta olives, or Moroccan black olives
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
