ingredients
- 4 large boiled potatoes
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil, for frying
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes, boil into salt water for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 2
Once the potatoes are boiled drain and add them in a mixing bowl. Add salt, garlic powder, pepper and corn flour. Mash potatoes until everything is combined.
Step 3
Make small ball shapes, making sure there’s no crack in the balls.
Step 4
In a pan add oil on medium heat, once the oil is hot add potato balls, (do not overcrowd the pan / fry 5-6 balls at a time). Fry for 4-6 minutes or until golden and crispy. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with your favorite dipping sauce
