ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 6 tablespoons soy milk, ,or 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Extra Oreos for decorating top of cookie
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt. Set aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl cream together butter & sugars. Then add in vanilla extract, soy milk (or eggs) & mix again. Add flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture and combine till dough is formed. Combine crushed Oreos & chocolate chips to dough.
Step 3
Form cookie dough into round ball and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden.
Step 4
After they are baked add an Oreo on top for an added touch 🍪 * Tip: let dough rest in the fridge for about an hour before baking
