  • 2 ounces Caskwerks Tea Infused Gin
  • 1 ounces Iconic Cocktail Cranberry Thyme
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • 5 pods cardamom
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar


  • Step 1

    Make the Cardamom Thyme Sugar by crushing 5 cardamom pod into a bowl, removing the husks. Remove thyme from sprigs. Using a muddler, break down cardamom and thyme. Add Sugar.

  • Step 2

    Lightly rim half of a glass with water or citrus wedge. Roll glass into the Cardamom Thyme Sugar.

  • Step 3

    Add ice, sparkling water, gin, and Cranberry Thyme to the glass and stir gently to combine.
