Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber Gin Fizz

This gin fizz is the perfect #SummerSideKick! Health-Ade's Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber kombucha adds the fizz and flavor to make this a refreshing cocktail. 

2 oz. gin
1 oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey & hot water)
1 egg white
2 oz. Health-ade Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber Kombucha
Cucumber or jalapeño slices for garnish (optional)

Make your honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water and stirring until you reach a syrup like consistency. Make enough to accomodate however many cocktails you’re making or save for later use.

In a cocktail shaker combine your gin, honey syrup and egg white. 

Shake for about 30 seconds without ice. 

Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake again until your shaker is cold to the touch. 

Strain into your desired glass and top off with kombucha (about 2oz.). 

Garnish with a cucumber or jalapeño slice and enjoy!
