- 1 slice toasted Rye bread
- 1/ 3 pound turkey breast
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- fresh thyme
- Pomegranate seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix turmeric powder, salt, pepper & evoo.
Marinate the turkey breast with this sauce.
Place it on a grill pan and cook it on both sides over low heat, until the skin is golden.
Slice the grilled turkey breast.
Top the rye toast with lettuce & turkey slices.
Serve with pomegranate seeds & fresh thyme.
