Ingredients

For dough
5 cups flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup warm milk (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet instant dry yeast
nigella & sesame

For topping:
Breakfast ingredients like avocado, egg, radish, tomato, cucumber, cheese, pepper, basil, parsley & honey

Method

Put the flour in a large bowl. Add the dry yeast on top and combine with your fingers. Add the warm water, warm milk (optional), olive oil, salt and sugar. Combine them lightly.

Knead the dough by your hands softly and slowly. The dough should be soft. If you want you can knead it on a floured surface.

Then, put the smooth dough in another large and clean (not floured) bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Leave it in a warm place for about 2 hours. By this way, it will rise about double in size. After 2 hours, transfer it to an oven tray that is sprinkled with flour (or you can use a baking paper). Make the pide loaf flat about ½ inch thick and shape it oval or round by using your fingers.

Take a sharp knife dipped in flour and make diagonal cuts in opposite directions to make a diamond pattern.
Sprinkle the sesame and nigella seeds evenly over the tops. (If you want, you can also coat the surface of pide with yoghourt or egg yolk.)

Bake it in a preheated oven at 400° F for about 25-30 minutes (until the top becomes golden brown).
When it comes to room temperature, put your breakfast ingredients on turkish flat bread (pide) like a pizza...
