ingredients

  • 3 slices avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon labneh
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate sour
  • 1 slice toasted rye bread

Method

  • Step 1

    Grill the avocado slices with some evoo.

  • Step 2

    Boil the egg for 4 to 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Spread labneh to your toast and top with the grilled avocado slices & the soft boiled egg.

  • Step 4

    Serve it with a drizzle of pomegranate sour, chia seeds, pink himalayan salt flakes & parsley.
