  • 2 cups greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon za'atar spice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Hummus, for serving


  • Step 1

    Heat a skillet with the olive oil. Add in the greens and sauté with salt & pepper until soft.

  • Step 2

    Crack in two eggs and cook covered on low heat for about 10 minutes. Top with za'atar spice.
