This just may become your new favorite pink summer drink. Say goodbye rosé and hello Luxardo sour cherry gin! @HeatherChristo combines tart lemon juice, with aromatic rose water and the sweet Luxardo maraschino cherries and sour cherry gin to create this beautiful blush cocktail. Add a couple rose petals for garnish and you will be sipping this all summer long!

ingredients
- 3 ounces Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- Sparkling water, cold
Method
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add the sour cherry gin, fresh squeezed lemon juice, cherries and rosewater. Shake well.
Step 2
Divide the cocktail between two glasses and top each with a few tablespoons of sparkling water. Garnish with maraschino cherries and fresh rose petals.
