INGREDIENTS
500 g frozen banana
150 g frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of plant based milk (I used almond milk, but any plant based milk will do)

DIRECTIONS
In order to make this recipe you will need to freeze very ripe (spotty) bananas. Peel, cut and put them in a freezer for about 24 h before making the ice cream. If the bananas aren't ripe yet, don't use them as it simply doesn't taste nice.

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is creamy. There should be no chunks of banana left. If needed, add more milk or water. Top with any fruits, nuts, and seeds you like.

Note: If you don't own a high speed blender, you can use an ordinary blender. Just make sure to defrost the bananas for about 15-30 minutes before, otherwise they'll be too hard.
