"These were a childhood favourite growing up! In Australia we call them 'kiss biscuits' no idea why, but there was something always so exciting about getting one of these as a kid! Every time, you'd end up with jam and sprinkles everywhere! These sandwich cookies are soft, fluffy and really easy to make! They also make a perfect gift wrapped up nicely! So happy Friday everyone!
