ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons milk, of choice
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon yogurt, plus more for serving
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam, or blueberry compote, plus more for serving
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Granola, for topping
  • Blackberries, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix together all the ingredients until well combined. Place in the fridge to set and get creamy for 1-2 hours or overnight.

  • Step 2

    When ready to eat, layer the oats in two glasses together with more yogurt and blueberry compote. Top with crunchy granola and fresh berries.
