  • 1 1/ 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/ 4 cups almond milk
  • 1/ 3 cup plus 2 teaspoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/ 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix together all the ingredients until well combined. Place in the fridge to set and get creamy for 1-2 hours or overnight.
