Ingredients

Two slices whole grain bread

Vanilla greek yogurt

1 sliced persimmon

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Toast bread and spread with yogurt, top with persimmon slices and sprinkle with chia & coconut.
