Chia Berry Pudding with Coconut

Don’t get me wrong, I love Thanksgiving, but my mind has definitely fast-tracked to deck the halls *Oh, bring us some chia pudding* are the lyrics to “We Wish You A Merry Christmas,” right?"

  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 6 pecans, chopped


  • Step 1

    In a glass jar, whisk together the chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond milk, and collagen peptides. Cover, shake the jar and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or best overnight.

  • Step 2

    Once chilled, layer the chia pudding in a glass/cup with banana slices, raspberries, shredded coconut, and pecans.
