ingredients
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 6 pecans, chopped
Method
Step 1
In a glass jar, whisk together the chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond milk, and collagen peptides. Cover, shake the jar and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or best overnight.
Step 2
Once chilled, layer the chia pudding in a glass/cup with banana slices, raspberries, shredded coconut, and pecans.
