  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • Yogurt mixed with protein powder and sprinkled with chocolate flakes, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients together an blend until smooth.

    Leave in the fridge overnight to thicken.
