- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- Yogurt mixed with protein powder and sprinkled with chocolate flakes, for topping
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together an blend until smooth.
Step 2
Leave in the fridge overnight to thicken.
Step 3
Add toppings and enjoy!
