Lemon Fig Tart with Rosemary Crust
had the chance to make this fresh fig tart and the combination is to die for oy. sweet figs so ripe and jammy I didn’t even bother with a glaze, a creamy lemony mascarpone filling and a rosemary cornmeal crust that’s slightly savory and perfectly balances the rest of the dessert. so so good.
