Blackberry Vanilla Chia Pudding

  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Pink salt to taste


  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a small bowl, and stir well.

  • Step 2

    Place in the fridge to set— about 10-20 minutes, mixing once about halfway through to make sure everything is incorporated. Add extra chia seeds or liquid as needed, for desired consistency.

  • Step 3

    Top with blackberries, brazil nuts, bananas, pumpkin seeds, coconut and a little sprinkle of turmeric, or any of your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
