This unique and healthy spin on the traditional Korean bibimbop I'm used to, I love the use of both rice and quinoa in this dish.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp ghee
Quinoa, cooked
Wild Rice, cooked

DIRECTIONS
Add ghee to hot cast iron pan. Throw in sufficient cooked quinoa and wild rice (I used the leftovers from another meal). Blend to cover the bottom completely. Allow the "rice" to cook over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow it to sit over stove top for another 10 minutes.

Transfer your favorite version of sesame chicken on top with cucumber halves, paper thin radish slices, a duo blend of @rawhealthprobiotics Spicy Leek Kraut and @rawhealthprobiotics Carrot Ginger & Turmeric Kraut. Finish with micro greens. If available, crispy shallots will be a delicious addition.
