Raspberry Chia Pudding With Avocado Chocolate Mousse

"Good morning peeps! Today I have a new recipe for chia pudding for you: raspberry chia pudding with chocolate mousse and yummy toppings. This recipe literally takes five minutes to make. You will need to have some patience for the pudding to thicken but it's worth the wait!"

Ingredients

for 2 jars of raspberry chia pudding:
300 ml plant based milk
2 tbsp maple sirup
4 tbsp chia seeds from  @rainforest.foods  
Handful of raspberries

for the chocolate mousse:
1 ripe, small avocado or half a big one
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp of raw cacao from  @rainforest.foods  ⠀ 
 
Method
Make the chia pudding the night before, or at least 3 to 4 hours.⠀  

First blend the milk with the raspberries. Then put the chia seeds in a jar together with the sirup and plant based milk.⠀  

The next morning you take out the chia pudding and put it in two jars or bowls.⠀

For the chocolate mousse, blend together the banana, avocado and cacao powder. Add the mousse to the chia pudding and add some fresh fruit or other toppings
