ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 6 tablespoon beetroot hummus/ any hummus of your choice
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoons red chili flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Slightly toast the bread slices and keep aside.

  • Step 2

    Remove the seed of the avocado, take out the pulp and mash it. Add grated garlic, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

  • Step 3

    Take a toasted slice of bread. Apply around 1.5 tablespoons of beetroot hummus on it followed by mashed avocado. Cover with another slice of bread to make a sandwich. Cut into the desired shape and enjoy
