- 8 slices bread
- 6 tablespoon beetroot hummus/ any hummus of your choice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 1 1/ 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/ 4 teaspoons black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
Slightly toast the bread slices and keep aside.
Remove the seed of the avocado, take out the pulp and mash it. Add grated garlic, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Take a toasted slice of bread. Apply around 1.5 tablespoons of beetroot hummus on it followed by mashed avocado. Cover with another slice of bread to make a sandwich. Cut into the desired shape and enjoy
