ingredients
- 2 cups fresh green olives
- 1 1/2 cups chupped walnuts
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cups fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 2/3 cups Pomegranate molasses
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt as per taste
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl add olives, mint leaves, and chopped walnuts.
Step 2
In another bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and salt. Pour the dressing on olives, and toss well.
Step 3
Pour the dressing on olives, and toss well.
Step 4
Put in the freezer for atleast 2-3 hours and then enjoy.
