ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh green olives
  • 1 1/2 cups chupped walnuts
  • 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cups fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2/3 cups Pomegranate molasses
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl add olives, mint leaves, and chopped walnuts.

  • Step 2

    In another bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and salt. Pour the dressing on olives, and toss well.

  • Step 3

    Pour the dressing on olives, and toss well.

  • Step 4

    Put in the freezer for atleast 2-3 hours and then enjoy.
