Easy oven roasted potatoes-Moroccan style

ingredients
- 1 kilogram potatoes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cups olive oil
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper powder
- 2 cube veg bullion
- Salt as per taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
Step 1
Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes.
Step 2
In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except coriander leaves.
Step 3
Add the potato cubes and toss well.
Step 4
Put in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celcius for around 25-30 minutes or till the potatoes are cooked and turn golden brown.
Step 5
Once done, take out from the oven and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy!
