ingredients

  • 500 grams White Nectarines
  • 400 millileters Pink Prosecco
  • 80 millileters Peach Schnapps

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop the Nectarines into rough chunks, I keep the skin on as it adds an extra element of flavour. Space out on a tray and open freeze.

  • Step 2

    Once frozen, add to a blender with the peach schnapps and prosecco and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Divide between 2-4 glasses and serve.
