ingredients
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 15 ounces box pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- sprouts and sesame seeds, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix.
Step 2
Pour the sauce over cooked pasta. Toss and mix in cherry tomatoes. Garnish with sprouts and sesame seeds.
