ingredients
- 1 cup Sanpellegrino® Melograno & Arancia
- 1/2 cup sugar, granulated
- 1 lb fresh raspberries
- 1 lb fresh kiwi
Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Step 2
Blend, then pour into a freezer safe dish.
Step 3
Freeze and fluff every 30 minutes until the mixture is frozen and looks like “broken granite” which is how “Granita” got its name.
Step 4
