Turkey Breast and Mozzarella Sandwich with Sriracha Hummus

  • 3 slices Applegate Smoked Turkey
  • 2 slices Applegate Honey and Maple Turkey
  • 3 slices smoked mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha hummus
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 slices sprouted wheat bread


  • Step 1

    Spread hummus onto each slice of bread.

  • Step 2

    Top one slice of bread with the spinach, red pepper, smoked mozzarella, honey and maple turkey slices and smoked turkey slices.

  • Step 3

    Place the second piece of bread on top. Enjoy your sandwich!
