ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Simply Organic ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup whole pecans
  • 3/4 cup whole walnuts

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350℉ and grease a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined.

  • Step 3

    Pour the cake batter into the pan.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

  • Step 5

    Cool for 1 hour before serving.
