Chocolate Caramel Chestnut Tart

"Okay, so I was craving this gluten free buckwheat, chocolate, caramel and chestnut tart for literally two months now. So long, that chestnuts aren't in season anymore. ? But I was hoping real bad that Jernej saved some of the chestnut puree, so I went to check the freezer. I couldn't find any and as I was starting to close the door there it was, at the very bottom of the freezer - our last homemade chestnut puree.
