  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 6 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt



  • 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • dash sea salt
  • dash cinnamon



  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syruppure maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease tart pan with coconut oil.

  • Step 2

    Crust: Mix all crust ingredients with your hands until a dough forms. Press dough into the tart pan. Bake for about 15 mins- until golden, set aside to cool.

  • Step 3

    Crumble: Mix all crumble ingredients with your hands. Spread out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 mins- until golden, set aside to cool. Crumble off big chunks once it has cooled.

  • Step 4

    Filling: Place all filling ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until fully combined. Pour filling into cooled crust and let firm up in the fridge for about 4 hours.

  • Step 5

    Enjoy! p.s. This pie holds beautifully in the freezer, simply cut a slice when you’d like and let thaw for about 3 minutes! Enjoy
